Guest Policy
- We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups of up to 10 guests, including children above the age of 5 years.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, or parties.
Housekeeping Policy
- Housekeeping services include cleaning the villa once a day, available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Rooms will also be cleaned once a day during this time, based on guest requests. Towels and linens are provided as part of your stay.
- As part of our commitment to water conservation, towels and linens will only be replaced upon request, with a maximum replacement frequency of once every three nights.
- Note: Deep Cleaning will be available on request for an extra fee.
Eviction Policy
- The management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises if their actions are deemed inappropriate, with no refund or liability.
Meal Policy
- Our rates include a complimentary breakfast, while other meals are available at an additional cost and must be pre-ordered.To ensure the highest quality, we prioritize freshness and do not store raw materials or ingredients. Each meal is prepared using handpicked, fresh ingredients sourced daily from the local market, based on your specific order. We kindly request that you plan your meals in advance, allowing us to provide you with the freshest and most delightful dining experience possible.
- Food Consumption
- To ensure cleanliness and hygiene, food consumption is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Outside Food
- Guests are welcome to bring outside food into the villa, but it must be consumed in designated dining areas. A cover charge of ₹200 per person applies, which includes serving and cleaning services.
- Corkage Fee
- Guests bringing their own beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) will be charged a corkage fee of ₹200 per person per instance, covering serving and cleaning services.
- Allergy Information
- Guests are requested to notify the management of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing meal orders. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals due to the shared nature of our kitchen facilities.
Pre-Ordered Meals Cancellation Policy
- Once a meal order has been placed and confirmed, it is non-refundable. This policy helps prevent food wastage and covers the cost of preparation and procurement.Guests are encouraged to inform the management of any changes or cancellations as early as possible. However, no refunds or adjustments will be made for cancelled or unconsumed meals.

House Rules
Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
- A cleaning fee of ₹3,000 per room will be charged for violations.
- Designated smoking areas are available.
- Kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Drugs are strictly prohibited.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
Quiet Hours
- Maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to preserve the peaceful environment.
Visitors
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Only registered guests listed at the time of booking or check-in may stay.
Use of Facilities
- Guests are responsible for using the villa’s amenities carefully.
- Damages will be charged to the guest.
Access to Kitchen
- Guest access to the kitchen is not permitted to maintain hygiene and ensure smooth operations.
Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and use the trash bins provided.
- Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
Alcohol Consumption
- Permitted in designated areas only. Please drink responsibly.
Child Supervision
- Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times, especially near staircases and swimming areas.
Room Occupancy
- Any additional guests beyond the booked occupancy require pre-approval and may incur charges.
Valuables
- Use in-room safes for your belongings. The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Liability
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and any accidents or injuries resulting from negligence or misuse of property.
Lost and Found
- Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If contact information is incorrect or the guest cannot be reached within 14 days, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated.
Meal Timings
- Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and is exclusively for registered guests. Additional guests may avail breakfast at ₹350 per person, provided the front desk is notified at least 24 hours in advance. All requests are subject to the chef’s approval to accommodate necessary preparations.
- Lunch: Lunch is served only with prior orders, with seating from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive within the stipulated timing, as late arrivals may prevent service.
- Dinner: Dinner is served only with prior orders, with seating from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests arriving after 10:00 PM will not be served dinner.
Monthly Stays
- We are pleased to offer attractive monthly discounts for guests opting for long-term stays at our villa. Please note that utilities, including electricity, laundry for linens and towels, water tanker services, and diesel for the generator, will be borne by the guest.
. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodations. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Behavior: Guests are expected to respect the heritage property, its staff, and other guests. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by them or their invitees during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest.
