We are delighted to host you and want you to feel at home during your stay. While the villa is yours to enjoy, we kindly request you to respect it as your own home.To ensure a pleasant and harmonious experience for all our guests, we have outlined the following policies & rules:

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Policy

  • We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups of up to 10 guests, including children above the age of 5 years.
  • We regret that we cannot accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, or parties.

Housekeeping Policy

  • Housekeeping services include cleaning the villa once a day, available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Rooms will also be cleaned once a day during this time, based on guest requests. Towels and linens are provided as part of your stay.
  • As part of our commitment to water conservation, towels and linens will only be replaced upon request, with a maximum replacement frequency of once every three nights.
  • Note: Deep Cleaning will be available on request for an extra fee.

Eviction Policy

  • The management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises if their actions are deemed inappropriate, with no refund or liability.









Meal Policy

  • Our rates include a complimentary breakfast, while other meals are available at an additional cost and must be pre-ordered.To ensure the highest quality, we prioritize freshness and do not store raw materials or ingredients. Each meal is prepared using handpicked, fresh ingredients sourced daily from the local market, based on your specific order. We kindly request that you plan your meals in advance, allowing us to provide you with the freshest and most delightful dining experience possible.
  • Food Consumption
    • To ensure cleanliness and hygiene, food consumption is not allowed inside the rooms.
  • Outside Food
    • Guests are welcome to bring outside food into the villa, but it must be consumed in designated dining areas. A cover charge of ₹200 per person applies, which includes serving and cleaning services.
  • Corkage Fee
    • Guests bringing their own beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) will be charged a corkage fee of ₹200 per person per instance, covering serving and cleaning services.
  • Allergy Information
    • Guests are requested to notify the management of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing meal orders. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals due to the shared nature of our kitchen facilities.

Pre-Ordered Meals Cancellation Policy

  • Once a meal order has been placed and confirmed, it is non-refundable. This policy helps prevent food wastage and covers the cost of preparation and procurement.Guests are encouraged to inform the management of any changes or cancellations as early as possible. However, no refunds or adjustments will be made for cancelled or unconsumed meals.

Changes to Terms
Sorriso Do Sol Heritage Home reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
